Advertising budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads are separate from our management fees. Advertising charges are controlled by the respective platform and are subject to that platform's billing and refund policies.

Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of an ongoing service by contacting us. Any pending work, completed work, committed third-party costs, or services already delivered may be considered before determining whether any refund is applicable.
