All advance payments made for project initiation are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

3. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate payment
Payment made for a service not available
Technical error in transaction

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days of payment.
